i have 8GB AData class 10 and work fast and smooth
Read 20 mb/s
Write 12 mb/s and some time more
Amnher:
The class of a card is its minimun write speed.. So it seems it supports it
Sent from my E15i using XDA App
Is my Ridata Class 10 Microsdhc 16GB is a true class 10?
I can barely get 10 write speed. Most if the time 8.9-9.5 write speed
Unfortunately the 16GB is the max memory size supported by our X8.A few days ago I tested a 32GB Samsung Class 10 in the X8. I got similar Read/Write speeds, but the problem was that after copying around a few files they either became corrupted or the SD suddenly unmounted (and refused to mount again).
Take care about use this memory size, all catched data corruption when is near to be > 32GB used.Anyway, since I also got hold of a 32GB ADATA Class 4 (AData is some Chinese manufacturer I never heard of before) I tested that card as well. This one works in the X8 (GDX v022, Stock Kernel, no O/C) and runs at ~5.656 MB/s write and ~9.283 MB/s read. Not really a top-performer for a Class 4, but what to expect of a ~$50 (EDIT: ~EUR40) card.

Uh... thank you very much for note !That's not entirely correct. The SD size limitation is more like a artificial limitation of Android itself (the Linux Kernel and related drivers/filesystems don't have any size limitation imposed).
