Is problem with tegra 3 to develop ICS rom for glx r

Dude Galaxy R has Tegra 2 and not Tegra 3. :p

There's no problem in Tegra 2 and it should run ICS smoothly as its more than capable. But the delay is from Samsung's side as they are going slow on updating all their devices to ICS.

Galaxy R will get ICS but you'll have to wait for it a bit.

One more thing buddy don't create new threads as there's already one thread on this topic and you can post your queries in that thread.

And check out the Newbie thread it'll clear most of your doubts, but if still have any post it in that thread I'll try to answer them.

Are you trying to ask whether Galaxy R will support Tegra 3 after ICS update?
Incase you ARE asking that, Tegra 2 and 3 are chipsets. The hardware that runs your mobile. You can't upgrade it with a software upgrade. :)
Though the thought is nice. Imagine your Galaxy R suddenly becoming a quad core device running at 1.5 GHz just cause you got ICS. :p
