@vvvvv5 miui decided to remove led settings and data monitor lately, so we should get used to missing features ;p

The main reason for which I like miui is it has so many inbuilt features for which I had to install separate apps thus saving my internal memory as well RAM....so as with this LED settings options....though we can customize using Lightflow but the issue is same it consume my precious ~12Mb of RAM :p and some amount of internal mem.....I don't find a reason to remove that feature??? But anyway we can use it until it is there :p
But since yesterday I'm trying to get missed call led notification(screwed up my phone several, right now also it is lying in front of me dead!! :p )but no success yet, have you got any solution for that or should I wait until it officially get solved?

From what i can tell from the miuiandroid chancelog thread, led settings is not deleted, but is missing on some devices. And there is a new data monitor coming, but was not included in 5.25 because of some bugs.

Use Quick Serach box.apk in version 2.5.11. It actually finds the LED settings inside the Rom. I still am using LED notifications settings built inside the ROM and all Notifications work :)

I don't know why but everytime I supercharged, my phone is very slow and laggy (listen music + messenging or browsing). Tested on 2.5.11, 2.5.18 and this version.
Anyway, it runs good without supercharger.
Cheers.

This miui bases on Official final ICS (.587), so do not expect more than from official semc ics. Some apps are still from official semc rom (e.g. Radio) do not delete them, cause you may get FC's or loose features. Works with locked and unlocked bootloaders as well.

    Changelog:

    Kernels:
    a) preferred:
    -stock from .587
-Stock .587 (with recovery and addons like OC, swap, etc thanks to @htomasz and @shardul_seth)
    b) also allowed:
    -Super Stock Kernel v3
    -Suave Kernel v6
    -LuPuS Kernel

    Bugs:
-you have to select keyboard by yourself: settings > input > default keyboard > xperia TM

    Installation:
+it's good to have baseband 77 from .587
-flash any kernel for ics .587 through fastboot ot flashtool
-do full wipe including dalvik cache
-format /system partition (mounts & storage)
    -install miuixperia-neov-3.x.x.zip through recovery
-boot up, restart to recovery (this is important)
    -install multilang (optional)
    -install control panel (optional)
    -install patch (only mt15i users)

    My config:
    a) setcpu:
    -min: 249
    -max:1209
    -virtuous or performance
    -sio
    b) swap (zram) 64-72mb
    c) rammanager:
    -balanced
    -lock home in memory
