His post says he is using ADW EX Launcher. Guessing it allows you to put icons in the taskbar.

I have Adw ex and dont find that option anywhere...
Maybe widgetsoid? Not too sure.

The icons in the status bar is a feature of the tegraowners rom. Thanks thor... the rest is just adw ex ( the scrollable dock), widgetsoid for the sides and top commands and the clock and weather widget is beautifull widgets. The wallpaper is from the picspeed wallpaper app.
