Help me Please!!

Hi!
I had Sense 5.0 and i wanted to install 5.1.0, but after install my phone is stuck at htc logo.
I am S-ON.
I copied the rom on sd card, reboot to recovery, wipe data/factory reset and format all partitions, than enabled 4ext smartflash, than installed the rom. But now it's stuck on htc LOGO.
Help me please.

flash the boot.img from pc via fastboot

So my phone is still on htc logo screen. Do i turn it off? Than connect to pc? Sorry for so many questions. I just dont get it, even from the guide..

turn of you phone than go to(volume down+ power button) bootloader and choose fasboot and connect to pc and you will see on the phone fastboot usb

The pc says Usb device not recognized.

I turned off, than gone to volum down+ power, than connected to pc, pressed fastbood->bootloader->fastboot. Than pc says usb device not recognized. I dont know what adb files are. Htc driver? i dunno. My phone was connected 1 hour before to the same pc, when i put sense 5.1 rom on sd card. i have win 8.1. The phone didnt say nothing. it checked some files i think than gone back to menu screen ( fastboot, recoveey factory reset simlock image crc )

read the whole guide that i give it to you , maybe you will figure out what you need (you only need to do EXTRA 1.flashing boot.img http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1631861

I dont have a folder named Android on my pc with thoose files. I bought this phone rooted and was installed on it vipers 3.1.4. It was on S-on. It had 4EXT Recovery. So i downloaded Sense 5.0.0 and installed it without a problem with 4ext recovery.. But i dont have a folder in C named Android.

In guide i think there is an older version of SDK installer. Mine looks different. i opened it, and what do i do now?

doesnt matter, go in forlder sdk than platform tools and you will find those two files adb and fastboot

I ran Fastboot and ADB exe. It came in a black window but only for 1-2 sec. With a lot of writing

. Doesnt know how it is called.

just coppy them, (make a folder in c) and than paste that. after that install htc driver http://www.htc.com/www/support/content.aspx?id=6196
After that copy the boot.img file for the rom you have downloaded to the folder where you pasted the adb and fasboot files .after that shift +right click in the folder and click open command window here (at leaste this is how it is on wind 7 ) and write the command fasboot from the guide that i gave you (after isntaling the htc driver and afteer all this steps conect you phone to say fastboot usb)

yes only selected in the picture , and for the name how you want (example android)

Okay i installed htc sync. Now i open ViperSC2_5.1.0.rar and from kernel extract only the boot.img or i should extract boot_onesc2.img too to C: Android?

yes , (in thish rom maybe is not in kernel folder but where you find extract in c: android
