[Q] I can't send and receives SMS in my Tablet!!!

Hi...
My Lenovo A3000 can't send and receive SMS! :(
I use official 4.2.2 ROM and 3.4.5 Kernel version.
Use Go SMS application and have this problem.
But in sender phone shown Delivery message and in my tablet so show this message but message not delivers
How can I fix this problem???
:(
