For those of you on 3.2 milestone (or any recent 4.4.4 build), what is your systemui ram usage like after 2-3 days uptime?

Mine can reach upwards of 100mb which doesn't seem normal.

These are unified builds and will work on all variants of the X and the unlocked Droid Maxx too.

The following models are supported:
XT1052
XT1053
XT1055
XT1056
XT1058
XT1060
XT1080

The updater has been testing and works well on the X.

Update Notes:
06-16-14 - add option for proper 10MP camera, hover options under interface in settings (kill low priority and non-clearable notifications)
06-22-14 updated to 4.4.4, kernel has overclock to 1890 vs stock 1728.
07-13-14 The latest build will have the media profiles enabled so third party apps like open camera and perhaps others will record SD-HD video. Still working on trying to get the built in camera to work for recording. If you try the stock app it will crash and you must either f/c it or reboot.
08-03-14 Quiet hours will now work by time, no longer using devhost for alternate download see link in first post.
09-18-14 - New builds will now be named "ghost". You should be able to dirty flash over the latest nightly.

Note Speakerphone may still be a little buggy.

why this site here https://www.geekdashboard.com/best-custom-roms-for-motorola-moto-x/ is recomending roms for moto x that are not available to download anywhere?! thats article was made in march of 2017, that makes no sense all those recomendations of dead roms.

Wouldn't you be better off complaining about this kind of **** in the website that actually mislead you to search for dead projects instead of here? I swear to god, some people...

    DISCLAMER

Your warranty is now void. I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

    Trip Report: LiquidSmooth 3.1 (2014-06-29)

I have a DEV MOTOX TMO and a DEV MOTOX VZW. Until now both have been running stock 4.4.2 because of the sound issues. I do need a working speakerphone and since that was the Achilles heel of all the ROMs out there, I was on stock.

I used TWRP2.6.3.1 and wiped Dalvik cache, cache, system, and data. I then installed LiquidSmooth 3.1 (2014-06-29) and pa_gapps 4.4 (20131126). (There's one from this month but the archive is not serving it out as they convert from something to something else). Both installations together completed in under 20 seconds.

I booted LS and tested the following, which is what I test every time on a MotoX ROM:
    - speakerphone activated. Yes it did.
    - speakerphone deactivated. Yes it did.
    - volumes adjustable and hearable. Yes they are.
    - gps test shows true location and maps tracks too. Yes they do.
    - wifi pairs up as does bluetooth. Yes they do.

At this point I downloaded TiBuPRO from the Play store and then restored non system-level apps + data
(liveatc.net, pure calendar, etc.) These all ran fine as well, coming as they were from 4.4.2. Downloaded
"google camera" from the Play store as well. Set it to activate on shaking. Love it.

Despite the original post in this thread saying it's 4.4.3 the latest release "About Phone" shows 4.4.4.

WHY OH WHY DO I WANT A CUSTOM ROM?
    1. I never used the "most recent apps" button. I want that to be a permanent menu button. With LS it is now a menu button :D <-- to the developers of LS, you have no idea how much this small little simple thing means to me. (And yes, I've tried a bazillion Play store remappers none of whom were able to remap the 'hardware' keys. Xposed came the closest.)
    2. The ability to set 5x5 rows/columns for the screen is a huge win. When I compare the MotoX to my G4 -- and all my phones have the icons in the same spots -- that extra row means a lot to me.
    3. No bloatware. Built-in advertisement removal. These are features I love.
    4. I now get to learn about stuff I've barely heard of. Halo. PIE. etc.

EASE OF INSTALLATION: 10/10 I love that it didn't check the device/product ID and make me have to patch the installer. The whole thing and the gapps took less than half a minute.
EASE OF CONFIGURATION: 10/10 AOSP really rocks it in this case, and when developers choose to add stuff sometimes they remove the simplicity... not so with LS.
FUNCTIONALITY: 10/10 The speakerphone, the GPS, the Bluetooth, the Wifi, the Camera, they all work great.

A previous poster indicated it wasn't showing his carrier. When I turn it off and on, it says "T-MOBILE" and that's my carrier on this one.

If this works as flawlessly over the next 24 hours, the VZW DEV MOTOX will be LiquiSmoothified also.

I might even push this onto the S4 if there's an S4 version. (Haven't looked, don't call me lazy and tell me to search lol I'm just writing up how awesome this ROM is!)

Hey guys one of the team members ran a build yesterday not realizing that the network was broken. I've pulled that build and posted a new one with a small overclock built-in. Also merged the speakerphone fix from cm.
