Looks like Samsung is trying to get bugs and issues in the SGS2 solved faster and because of this, they have implemented a new system for reporting bugs directly to them, which you can access in the link below:

This will go directly to SamsungJohn and some other departments within the company. I just thought that you guys may be able to put this to good use.
