OTA failed with the proper firmware/recovery: "HTC has detected a modified system and cannot install update...."
I remember that 3 files are missing (Sounhound, TuneIn and something like "Sound trimmer") to be put in a preload folder. Do you see what I mean and where I can find these files ? All this are vague souvenirs...

i see HTC has updated the Lock screen app it now looks like a sence 7 lockscreen :laugh:
Yeah.. I may release a build we are still testing it...getting some weird things going on that we are trying to figure out whats causing them.
Hello Wonders I would like to go back to CM12.1 i'm on stock 5.0.2 Sunshine will not run on 5.0 unless the phone is pre Rooted how can I root my Max again so that I can run Sunshine again

IF you cannot follow instructions provided DO NOT FLASH,IF your wanting tweaks etc DO NOT FLASH OR ASK FOR THEM THERE ARE OTHER ROMS WITH YOUR WANTS AND DESIRES,Cannot dirty flash this,full wipe MANDITORY,DO NOT USE THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION, IF your wanting to use another kernel (99% stock is included) etc,DONT ASK HERE IF ISSUES ARISE (ASK THE KERNEL DEV) Folks who use this want a clean stable ROM..IF you are a flashaholic,I'd suggest copying pics,music etc to computer format your data partition then flash.

Now onto directions...Recovery used to flash this is included (use this only) stock recovery is included...Pull twrp recovery out of zip...Copy zip to internal storage...Flash recovery,factory reset wipe (from recovery) ,Install ROM...I suggest disabling animations in developer options to get the full effect of rom speed...Enjoy...
