THIS SOLUTION WILL GET YOUR PHONE BACK 
So don't Worry! Im Just getting Used to it. Its was the third time my HTC ONE got DEAD -_- N i still don't know how it does that happen!
Assuming your Battery was low n then your phone got dead!
Step 1 : Attach your Phone to computer directly without any HUBS.
Step 2 : Red Light Should Start blinking And Also windows notification sound will be heard , That just means your phone can get back alive
Step 3 : Just keep in that way for 10-20 mins Then later Press Vol down + Vol up for some mins . Charging battery icon should appear.
So don't Worry!
