How To Install:
-Do a 3x wipe dalvik cache
-Flash normally through CWM
Note:
I have used widget locker in my screenshots!!

Additional Instructions
Download the attachment for ics dock and change the default dock in prefernces>appaearance settings> dock background>Custom
