Sorry forgot to say
You need to format /system in Recovery, flash CM10.1 nightly and Gapps from OP
This worked for me and others as also documented in some posts further up
Worked perfectly................

Does any one face this issue? any solution for fixing this. though it is not big issue, but it is annoying
Which nightly build was the last one that was 4.2.1 ?
And can I just flash straight over top of 4.2.2 ?

My Battery widget reborn stats is telling me the average battery charge now takes 6hr 15min. I'm on the 08/02 build. Not sure what it was previously but I thought it only took 3 to 4 hours at most. What is everyone else's device roughly taking to charge?

6h and 45 minutes here. You shouldn't check your battery recharge time there, this is not correct
My video's run flawlessly, it laggs at times, but it's more smooth than choppy

Looks like the 13th Feb nightly was the last 4.2.1 one, and it looks like you can't flash straight over 4.2.2 (I just tried). I used a backup in the end, and can confirm that with the 13th Feb nightly HD playback in YouTube is perfect.
14 feb is the latest 4.2.1 build, i don't think there will be major issues if u overflash 4.2.1 over android 4.2.2
I am on the latest build, 18 feb, everything runs smooth, i have turned my screen animations off in developer settings, it runs way faster if that's turned off, i'm oc'ed to 1.4 Ghz.
14th Feb? I don't see a 14th Feb for P4wifi
When I tried to flash 4.2.1 straight over 4.2.2, the tablet would not boot and got stuck on the spinning Cyanogen mod logo

I'm overclocked to 1.4GHz too - Youtube HD still very choppy.
How I wrote in Post #1029 the tab stays most time at highest frequenz so that's the reason, all the things are very choppy and youtube is lagging. With 4.2.1 nightly from 13th of February all the things are working fine also the tab is throttling down the frequenz to 216Mhz if there is no process which needs cpu. With 4.2.2 my cpu stays all the time at 1400 or 1200 mhz but I don't know why.

Sorry mate, but you ether still running 4.2.1 or just confused or trying confuse everybody! I it is no way 4.2. 2 build can run smuthly as it is right now. I am sure Pershoot and guys from CM team working on all issues, and but right now the newest nightly is luggy!
