=Tutorial: New Features=
1. You can choose widget theme.
- Start GO Weather, select "Settings" and choose "Select Widget Skins".

2. You can change settings when adding LIVE Wallpaper.
- Press on desktop, select "Live Wallpaper", then choose "GO Weather Live Wallpaper", click on bottom-right "Settings".

3. You can specify the location separately for Notification, Widget and Live Wallpaper.
Settings -> Notification & Alert -> Select Location
Settings -> Widget Settings -> Select Location
Settings -> Wallpaper Settings -> Select Location

4. If you have video issues, please try the new Default Videos：
Settings -> Select Background Video, download and select "Default Videos(Remastered)"

I think this is a pretty nice app.been using it for a while.
Only 4 issues i have with it

1 ..Behind the temp display on the widget,the green grass/flower image i feel is unnecessary unless it can change on different weather times.
I.E if it is snowing then maybe snow in background,if it windy then maybe leaves etc.no matter what the weather i get green grass/flowers which looks pretty crass.

2...The alert(notification) for drastic weather change,what is classed as drastic weather change?
.i have had the app for about 6 weeks and only just this past week or so has it started too alert me of weather change.But nothing i would class as drastic,if it is cloudy today and going too rain tmw then it will make a notification,but it could rain all night and be normal cloudy day following.
If it was going too be very high winds then yeah an alert in needed,torrential rain etc.but then at what point do you/app decide the following days weather will be drastic.

3....when adding location i get problems locating server when i choose too input location using the browse option..
Location-browse location-United kingdom-Scotland-"city" will bring up server error.Could be connection error my side but just noting it.


4...On the weather display the time i have set for update is 1 hour,but it is now 4.11pm and the display says conditions as of 2.50pm.
I solved this myself if you come out the app and back in it updates but does not always do it.Since when you use settings it says updating but does not fix that problem.But as i said coming out the app and back in should fix it most times.
I just noticed the same thing on your Paris image,the time 10:32am but the conditions 3:00am.this should auto update along with the hourly update i reckon.


I know it seem like long winded issues but just trying too explain the best i can,i really like the app and find it better then bw which i used too have.

Im rambling now,im not good at explaining things in writing but trying my best.still best weather app i tried so far.
I understand it beta so will be some issues,so not slating the app.
Samsung Galaxy s 2.2.1.

Using the latest version 1.7.1 Beta Build 19.

The app/widget doesn't update unless I'm connected to a wifi network.

GOWeather 5-day forecast updating issue

Hi,

I downloaded GOWeather last night and I really like it, but there seems to be a problem with the five day forecast at the bottom of my screen.

The forecast in the main screen updates when I manually refresh (doesn't seem to happen otherwise - I noticed someone else has mentioned that) but nothing I can do makes the five-day forecast update. It still says "Tonight Tomorrow Thurs Fri Sat". It's Wednesday now, so I want it to change! :)

When I set it to forecast date the date changes (4/20, 4/21, 4/22, etc) although the weather predicted doesn't, but if I switch it back to day, it goes back to "Tonight Tomorrow Thurs Fri Sat".

Hope this can be fixed :)

EDIT: It does update when I'm on wi-fi. And the widget running on my lock screen updates continously. It just seems to be the 5 day forecast on "Day" not date. I'll double check by leving it off wifi overnight again.

Im getting a problem with the clock time,it seems ok for a while them just stop and even when i go into the app itself and update the time dont change.
last time it happened it was 2pm and i looked at my phone only for it too show 9.48am.

i have now uninstalled the app til it gets some bug fixing,i understand it in beta form so wont slate it,it still a good app just need some things sorted out.

I can not get the "themes" to download, and also, the "Default Videos Including Night" stops at 85% on the download.

I like it alot though!! :) Huawei Ascend v2.1

What does the "wallpaper" theme do in the settings? I don't see any wallpapers added to my gallery when I download them (on a droid 2).

Also, does this include functionality to be added to your lockscreen or do you need widget locker? If so, how?

I'd really like to use this app but it won't update at all for me unless I'm on wifi which is very rarely. I also would love to see a 1x1 widget eventually.

Wallpaper themes loaded today, but now the Default Videos Including Night will not even start...

Clock has been correct, alarm works great, and the visuals are fantastic!! Thanks for this great app...

Also it does have a lock screen view

i keep coming back to this app after trying other free ones, nice forcast details and attention to details with graphics and overall are very well done. its quite a suprise how GO team provide this for free including there other apps!

only request is, there any chance geo location will be added and maybe adding 5 day forcast to a 4x1 or 4x2 widget.

I love this app. This has become my widget of choice, even over Fancy Widget Pro or Beautiful Widgets. I love the animations on the weather screen and the widget looks nice. One request would be to have changeable skins, or at least to be able to get rid of the flowers on the widget. Great widget regardless.

Edit: I just updated to V1.8 and found the widget skins. The one available now is really nice. Love this widget.

SWEET!! Love the changes/improvments just AWESOME!! All the wallpaper/theme downloads worked fine with the v1.8.

All I can say is keep up the great app... it is by FAR the BEST I have come across!!

Maybe you could add a Weather Radar option sometime down the line? Either way this app ROCKS!! :):)

Awesome weather application, but you guys need to fix the LIVE wallpaper settings and make it work for night time. was 11 PM at night and the sun was out in the LWP?

Really like this app.
But to not have constant GeoLocation (only fixed locations) is kind of a deal breaker for me, since I drive around alot.
Dont want to have pages of weather data....

    Go have recomended that you uninstall then reinstall to fix the update problems. They have written it on their market page information.

    It works only if the theme supports. For example

    LG Style and Lucid style pro are the only theme that support multi day forecast

    If you select that theme and then select 4x1 theme for multi day forecast will not be greyed out.
