[Q] Wifi keeps on connecting but does not connects . (after returning to stock rom)

wifi does not connects its contiously shows optaining ip adress when i try to connect any router. This problem raised after i retuned to stock rom & Unrooted my cell

Please Help me

Did you flash stock kernel (boot.img)?
