I've got the same problem as aparici. I installed Google Apps linked in the instructions but still no Google apps appearing so I don't even have Market.

Anyway it looks pretty cool, this new theme is amazing!

Wow, it feels blasingly fast.
The keyboard feels great and the extra brightness mode could be what the x10 mini should have had from the beginning.

Hi aparici, Hello pappfer,


Doublechecked it just now with the g apps.

Make sure you are performing full wipe before the rom installation.

After the installation, log in to the market through your google account and it will guide you through the rest of the g-apps installation process (you will be prompted to choose which apps you want to install).

when put the usb cable..the led goes on but the battery icon does not move...and does not make me connect the phone to pc

edit:solved whit a battery wipe

@DaRk_dOg: Yes, the problem was that I did factory reset after installing the ROM and not before it. So all, who has the same problem should do a full wipe before installing the ROM!

edit: the icons changed to blue now... is there any way to change them back to the original?

Only if you use the system theme from the theme chooser. But you will also lose the rest of the cyan theme.

Not in my plans for now Sirquini. There are two main reasons for that:

1. I'm focused in MiniCM7 2.0.0 atm, and this theme is a work in progress, still in alpha phase.

2. MiniCM6 1.0.0 is build in mdpi. I'm quite sure that the theme will not have the same crispy appearance and it will look blurry.

yes, I has do full wipe before install this ROM, but I still can not create google account.

by the way, I can not found any googel program from program list, etc gmail, gtalk and market and I can not found those apk in /system/app

Hello scsichen,


why do i get the feeling that you are not installing gapps from here?

1.Full wipe
2.Install the rom
3.Install the gapps.zip

Then get into the market and you will be asked on which apps you want to install. Piece of cake!

I don't seem to be able to get my 3G to work? It doesn't load.. Everything else works fine including my signal and wifi. Any ideas? Thank-you very much for the ROM's btw.

Do I still need to perform the full wipe if I already have MiniCM6-1.0.0 installed??

Btw is this rom as stable as MiniCM6-1.0.0?? Or is it better/not as stable?

I hav juz installed and try the 3g, bluetooth, wifi, camera, light sensor, and found that...

Bugs report:
1. camera not working as stated
2. proximity and light sensors as stated
3. 3g network not working
4. bluetooth may not able to scan devices sometimes and cause freeze then reboot

ps: is it cm7 remove the proxy setting option? as i cant find it in the wireless setting :p

    Before posting an issue wipe (factory reset) via CWM at least once.

    Requirements:


    • Instructions:
      • Download the MiniCM7-xxx.zip from the release link that follows
      • Backup your /data contents: contacts, apps, sms, etc. or backup via recovery
      • Move the MiniCM7-xxx.zip to the root folder of your sdcard. Download the suggested Google Apps for CM7 from here (check http://goo-inside.me/gapps/ if you want to experiment with other gapps versions)
      • Unlock your bootloader, if you haven't already. Check http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1254225 for a nice tutorial
      • Flash the nAa kernel using Flashtool. To to this:
        - Turn off your phone
        - Start the Flashtool\X10FlashTool.exe and select Flash. Then select the E10_nAaxxx kernel firmware (this flashes both the kernel.sin and the loader.sin)
        - Keep the back button pressed while connecting the usb cable. Flashtool should detect your phone and flash the kernel.
        - Once done, disconnect the usb cable and power on the phone.
      • Once the logo appears, press the back button repeatedly to enter CWM.
        - Select 'backup and restore -> Backup'
        - Select 'wipe data/factory reset' (RECOMMENDED)
        - Flash the MiniCM7-xxx.zip. To do this, Select 'install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard' and select the MiniCM7-xxx.zip
        - Flash gapps
      • Reboot (first boot will take ~2 mins)
      • Once your device has booted, you can navigate to CM Settings -> System -> Update notifications and select 'Register'. This way you can get update notifications on new versions of MiniCM7!
      Please make sure you followed the above steps before reporting any issues, especially 'wipe data/factory reset'

      • (NOTE: With the nAa kernel/CWM, multiboot/encryption is NOT yet supported)
