Same problem I have.
I had before trouble making a Bluetooth headset work with Windows 7.
I installed a newer version of the driver from Broadcom site (my USB Bluetooth dongle have a Broadcom chipset), then I was able to use the PC as a speakerphone and to send/receive files using Bluetooth connection with my Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos.
The new driver also solved my problem with the Bluetooth headset.
But still there is an exclamation mark and the advice to get the drivers for the phone.
Do you know if there is a driver out there somewhere to solve this? Or maybe a registry edit? Or a smartphone setup?
Greetings from Paraguay.
