Mine is setup like this
Swipe up for notifications
Swipe down for hidden dock that has 7 additional icons
Double tap for app drawer and tap on clock for app drawer.
Pinch in to toggle status bar.
What's the point of the status bar if the clock and battery level are on the HS. Also notifications appear on the icons as they happen so there is no need for the status bar. Makes for a clean HS, I cannot stand to see a HS with icons and widgets crammed in everywhere.

I'm use cm expand desktop plus notiferpro plus and smart status bar and basically it works great

took me a few tries to modify the colors just right to match the Resistance theme, but i finally found the right color after i sorted through the .apk and found the images i needed.
Really cool... I think I know a iconpack that compliments what your trying just can't remember the name..
