Thank you THILINA
This is a Neo rom right? Not a NEo v?

+. Cannot overclock & SetXperia won't works good.

with a nightelf kernel you cant overclock???

is this correct?

ICS for NEO reasonably would come later .?

Oké!

Kernel and Rom as mentioned installed. All seems to works well on Neo V. (Wifi allso) After install you can select your country language. Lot's of settings compared with other roms!

Let's see what happens after a few days__

Per GsmArena - Sony has began seeding the Android 4.0 ICS update to its 2011 lineup of Xperia smartphones - right in line with the previous report. The first handsets to get the treatment are the Xperia arc S, Xperia neo V and Xperia ray in the hands of users in Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Finland and Norway.

So far general thoughts and a quick review about this rom.Comparing to ICS beta I like this very much.Lot faster, less lagging and specially less battery eating comparing to ICS beta.

Plus points comparing to ICS beta & stock 2.3.4 GB,
    +. Faster ui.
+. Clean new sexy ui comparing to GB.
    +. Less lag.
+. Very good deep sleep battery life,it was 75% when I went to sleep & after 6 hours still it was 75%.Even better than 2.3.4 stock gingerbread.
+. Antutu benchmark scores are slightly little higher comparing to GB.
+. Most of apps that didn't worked in CM9 works fine.
+. Videos are better in quality comparing to GB.
    +. Easy to install ? :p
+. Kinda new lock screen with music controls & camera shortcuts, useful.

    Downsides,

+. Bug reporting thing in this is crazy and when reporting a bug it slows down the whole phone big time.
+. Cannot overclock & SetXperia won't works good.
+. No new Media player, starred messages, clock & other new apps of Xperia S,damn you Sony I want my clearbass.
+.No screenshot taking option, but there is always Vol - with power button pressing mode so not much of a biggie ;)
+.UI kinda getting slower when using 3-4 apps at the same time, kinda scares me about ICS final release.

Antutu benchmark (Little higher than GB for me)

SD card scores (Little higher than GB for me)

Battery life (Good comparing to GB,ICS beta)

Final thoughts, great rom & great work Sony, but I would definitely give Sony devs more time to optimize the rom instead a quick release to satisfy customers. This rom is better than beta, lot better BUT not great for daily using for a normal average user :(

So you should try it? definitely you should try it if you have the boot loader unlocked of your Neo or Neo V

Won't work, you need unlocked boot loader to flash the kernel
