Device stuck on "Samsung" Logo

hello there, after my phone got stucked on the boot animation of an excellent ROM i downloaded last month, i tried the best solution: install an Official Samsung ROM but now its stuck on the smasung boot animation for over an hour, can someone help me? i dont know what to do...

Did you factory reset before flashing the rom

Needed more info : pervious rom, flashed failed rom, s4 model, odin version used... At least...
