[Q] launcher pro battery issue

Hey friends

I had recently switched to launcher pro from twlauncher .I am Experiencing a battery drainage issue with it.In 8-10 hours of standby it consumes more than 10 % of battery. Why This is Happening.I Had listen that it consumes less battery. It uses 10-12 MB of Ram. Is Launcher pro is like this only or only I am experiencing it.

This can be caused by LP widgets though, if you set Facebook, Twitter and Gmail stream widgets and they update too frequently this may be the cause of your problem. If you use weather clock widgets, this is also draining your battery - in fact any widget drains your battery (even system info widgets if it's updated often). Try to use LP without widgets and see if the problem persists.

I use LP since I bought the phone (1 month) and am getting 2 days average of battery life, I topped at 4 days, so I doubt LP is the cause of your increased battery drain.
