Epsilon Project is developed for those people looking to stock software but with some extra details, as well as an excellent team performance in both battery and performance. Not looking to have as many mods or customization, for that there are many Roms such as Cm/Carbon/Revolution/Etc.

From tapatalk, I had to hit menu/more/web view & when it comes up in whatever browser you choose, scroll to bottom of op & click on the descargar word & that'll take you to androidfilehost. Wonder if that word is German for download

Hello and thanks for the rom
I tried to enable ART, for me working fine except some gallery crashes,so i deleted from TB the gallery and camera and flashed the PA photosphere module.
Till now everything seems fine.

This rom is excellent. The battery life is the best of all the roms that I have tried and I have tried all the major players. I don't think I'll look any further. Thanks for this! :good:

    ¿QUÉ ES POWER BATTERY?

    Es una aplicación desarrollada por Kisler para mejorar la batería y en la cual podemos seleccionar una serie de opciones disponibles para que según nuestras necesidades podamos optimizar la duración de la batería. La idea de esta aplicación ha sido la de aunar opciones que sean útiles para la gestión de la batería y que a su vez fuese simple de usar para todo el mundo.

    ¿Y QUÉ OPCIONES TRAE?

    Para mejorar dicho consumo disponemos de una serie de opciones que son:

    Porcentaje de batería: Este apartado sirve para definir el porcentaje de batería a partir del cual actuará Power Battery realizando las operaciones descritas posteriormente, por defecto es 15%.


    OPCIONES BÁSICAS


    Modo Wifi: Al seleccionar esta opción desactiva el wifi en caso de tenerlo activado antes de entrar en el rango de acción de batería definido en el principio para Power Battery.

    Modo Datos: Al seleccionar esta opción desactiva los datos en caso de tenerlos activados antes de entrar en el rango de acción de batería definido en el principio para Power Battery.

    Modo Sync: Al seleccionar esta opción desactiva la sincronización en caso de tenerla activada antes de entrar en el rango de acción de batería definido en el principio para Power Battery.

    Modo Bluetooth: Al seleccionar esta opción desactiva el bluetooth en caso de tenerlo activado antes de entrar en el rango de acción de batería definido en el principio para Power Battery.

    Modo Ubicación: Al seleccionar esta opción desactiva la ubicación en caso de tenerla activada antes de entrar en el rango de acción de batería definido en el principio para Power Battery.


    OPCIONES AVANZADAS


    Modo Rango: Detecta una zona wifi conocida y activa el wifi automáticamente para conectarse o lo desactiva al salir de dicha zona. (Explicado con detalle más adelante).

    Modo Brillo: Reduce el brillo de forma automática al entrar en el rango de batería definido en Power Battery.

    Porcentaje de brillo: Porcentaje de brillo que se aplicará en el modo brillo, por defecto 0%.

    Modo CPU: Reduce la frecuencia de la CPU de forma automática al entrar en el rango de batería definido en Power Battery.

    Frecuencia Máxima CPU: Define la frecuencia que usará la CPU e el modo CPU, por defecto 540 MHz.


    PERFILES


    Estas opciones son combinadas con los perfiles de Cyanogenmod. Epsilon Project ROM no es compatible con dicha configuración.


    ACLARACIÓN MODO RANGO


    Este modo no produce wakelock, consumo de batería ni nada similar. Está diseñado para ahorrar batería en el caso de que salgamos del rango de nuestra conexión wifi evitando que se quede la conexión activa consumiendo sin ser usada y activándola cuando lleguemos a un sitio en el que haya un wifi conocido.

    Para realizar esto me he basado en la ubicación a través de LAC y el ID de la Célula, o dicho de forma mas coloquial por la posición de las antenas.

    En la imagen superior podéis ver un diseño simple de antenas y sus radios. Power Battery detecta en qué antena estás y si pertenece a tu zona o no. Para ello la primera vez que os conectéis al wifi de una zona comenzará a comprobar las antenas cercanas (dependiendo de la casa puede estar afectada por una o más antenas).

    Una vez detectadas al salir del rango de acción de esas antenas (esto puede variar) comprobará el estado del wifi y si está conectado éste será apagado. El caso contrario es que al entrar en el rango de una antena registrada como un punto de acceso wifi, la conexión wifi será activada.

    En el caso de que estemos en una misma localización, por ejemplo nuestra casa y queramos desactivar/activar el wifi al no haber cambiado de posición podremos hacerlo al igual que al llegar a una zona nueva para elegir una nueva red wifi, ya que su desconexión/conexión automática solo se realiza al cambiar de antena.

    En el caso de que se apague wifi antes de elegir una nueva red wifi a la que conectarnos puede ser debido a un cruce de antenas (debido al cambio de una a otra de forma tan rápida puede producirse una desconexión) y si el problema persiste tras varios intentos la solución puede ser moverte unos pasos para evitar este cruce o apagar el modo rango temporalmente hasta introducir esa nueva wifi.

    Ventajas de este modo: No produce ningún wakelock, máximo ahorro de energía en la localización al no usar ubicación de red.

    Inconvenientes: Si te desplazas a una zona lejana de tu casa pero la cual recibe señal de esa antena, al ser detectada como “antena conocida” cree que estas en casa y activará la señal. Este inconveniente dependerá mucho de la zona donde viva cada uno y del número de antenas que influyen en dicha zona. Por norma en las ciudades o zonas donde hay un gran numero de antenas este modo funcionará mejor.
