Titanium backup, but you gotta have root. Otherwise use helium

I'm with EdenGottlieb on Titanium backup (and helium for non-root).

With Titanium, you only need the free version. It backs up all apps/data/settings/game saves etc, and on top of that, you can save settings too (e.g. Wi-Fi access points, bluetooth pairings, profiles, country, language, dictionary etc). It's a bit fiddly to use as there's a load of other random tools, all you ever need though is Backup + System Apps.

Once it backs up all the apps you want, it will save all of it in one folder (usually Titanium Backup) and you have the facility to stick it on SD.

Once you get a new device, root it, install Titanium Backup, slip in the SD card and install everything you backed up (apps will automatically be re-connected to play store and all app data restored). Simples!
