I'd recommend just installing LUX, I've been using it for years because every phone I've had has been too bright in low light. Not only will it give you total control over autobrightness it also has profiles(my car profile is generally brighter than my normal one since is often in the shade even when it's bright) and a tasker plugin.

Thk bro,using Lux now but felt like a dim cover surface & loss the sharpness.Hope someone can modify the apk.
How low are you going? It doesn't look as good if you go really low, on my Z2 I only have it go down to -16 but went down to -32 on other devices.
