Anyone think Motorola will be giving out 100 dollar discounts again any time soon?

Craigslist my friend. Bought my mint condition Moto X from someone for only $180 about two months ago that included a incase snap case(worth $30) and the Motorala skip(worth $15).
Buy one from Republic Wireless for $299 every/any day.
This only works if their service works for you. And you only have 30 days to try it out. There is no call center and you are expected to use WiFi where it is available. And don't ding up the phone if you expect to get a full refund -- minus $10 shipping -- on it. (On a serious not, as opposed to most of my post here, their RMA contractor actually does look at returned phones under a lighted magnifier.)
Would you be willing to pay $5, $10, $25, or up to $40 a month for service though?
Especially with no contract?
On top of that they are only rated number two in the PC Magazine poll for best carrier.
Maybe just skip it.
