when u are ready to root and flash custom rom, flash a custom recovery like cwm too. NANDROID BACK UP straight away after flashing custom recovery. The cyanogenmod installer is safe to use. I have personally used it and it was smooth. Back up ur efs too. If u dun know wat is efs, go read on it. Good luck rooting and flashing. It is safe unless u dun follow instructions or read carefully.

And backuping the partitiom of the imei code? How i do that and better how i am in danger to lose that?

you cannot delete the efs partition by accident by right. You might just corrupt the efs when u flash roms. Also, be sure to back up the efs before u flash any roms android 4.3 and above. Make sure u back up on ur 4.1.2 or below rom first before flashing to 4.3 as the efs format has changed. Heres the guide about efs. http://xdaforums.com/galaxy-s3/general/ref-imei-efs-stuff-i9300-including-t2393289

After u flash a custom recovery, do a nandroid backup. Its best if u read the stickies first. As long as u backup the efs, u shld have no worries. U can download ktool from playstore to do so. Then u can back it up to ur internal memory or ur ext sd card.

I am portuguese and i live in portugal. And i have affraid of losing the warrant and my phone brokes and i don't have warranty

I don't think you should be that afraid of doing it. The chance of a fail is very low and the sudden death syndrome has been fixed long time ago. If you really want it, give it a shot... Personally I've never had any hardware related problems while flashing ROMs
And also the European buyer protection law is on your side

I think if you are confident enough to do the modifications you should do it, what can happen is a soft brick which can be fixed with Odin. Hardware bricks are rare. Though you should decide for yourself, the only thing I'm telling you is that there's no point to wait as long as you want to do it and you know what you're doing. If you need help you can ask me anytime
