x64 fastboot drivers for Windows 8 !!

I was trying to unlock bootloader of my XM but it shows <Waiting for device>

I want to is there any different fastboot usb drivers for 64 bit Win OS or is there any method to install drivers?

You need to disable driver signature enforcement. On Windows 8/8.1, Press WinKey+C, goto Settings => Power, hold Shift and click Restart. Then, choose Troubleshooting => Advanced options => Startup Settings. Then your computer will reboot and you'll have a menu where you can select "disable driver signature enforcement". After that, install the drivers normally, they will work this time...

Usually above tutorial works on Windows 8/8.1.
Did you installed the drivers now?

Try to install driver in flashtool folder and install pc Companion
