[Q] Will manually updating i9505 to 4.4.2 change the KNOX flag?

I can't update to 4.4.2 my i9505 ...
For some reason , Kies cant update , etc . The question is : will manually update to a stock 4.4.2 void the warranty?

    Some say i will others say it dont .

    Mine is flagt when doing that .
    so i think it will flag knox
