So I just got a Pioneer AVH-4000NEX and a new Viper alarm installed and I'm having this maddening issue. Before installation, I never removed my phone from the stock radio bluetooth list and now my phone is getting raped with bluetooth pairing requests.
I can't access the bluetooth menu for the car because the stock radio is disconnected. Because of this, I'm getting TONS of notifications on my phone and my music is randomly pausing every 30 seconds to a minute.
I'm afraid to disconnect the battery because I don't want my alarm to go off... ugh
I searched last night for about 2 hours on how to change my bluetooth MAC address to prevent the pairing requests (because I can't delete the phone from the bluetooth module without the stock radio). Anyone with a solution??
