boot animation is out of the screen size .... I tried to convert the photo to 720x1280 .. but soon after booting the screen goes black and the phone starts with a black screen

You did something wrong,..
Try this tool http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1678540

The dimensions are set to 720x1280 in desc.txt into the ZIP, no need to resize ...

I searched how to add boot sound, i found and tried this script http://xdaforums.com/showpost.php?p=14136008&postcount=1 without success.
I tried with cm11 and stock rom ... ?
if anyone knows how to add a boot sound, I'm interested ?.

+1 It is much smaller than the screen. Is there the way to fix that? Boot logo is ok but animation is much smaller than the screen itself.
