Cannot receive mms

I cannot receive pictures thru MMS? I seem to be able to send OK. All messages come up empty...
Wondering if I'm missing some setting or something?

Finally got my upgrade to kitkat today... Had to upgrade thru LG software on the PC. Seems kinda strange. Oh how I wish I had Google edition. Hate all the bloatware. My wife's nexus 5 is so much cleaner.

Free TV ain't cheap!
