[HELP] Changes LGSystemUI

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a few changes to the file LGSystemUi.apk.
I show an attachment to better understand ..

Here, I would like the writing a little bit lower as I do?
Which program to use to make the change? (Apktool?)

I cannot understand what you would like to do, however:

a) I recommend Tickle My Android, very easy to use.

b) Choose working area, install framework.apk and lg-res.apk. Decompile the Systemui.apk

c) Make the changes you want to the png-s (it depends on the ROM which dpi must be edited, normally xxhdpi and xhdpi).

d) Be careful with 9.png-s, do not touch the 1px border.

e) Recompile your apk.
