DSLR controller on Chinese 9.7" tablets -- Onda Vi40
Hi
I'm looking to buy a new tablet with the primary aim of running this app. I'm attracted to the look and spec. of the newer Chinese tablets running Android 4.0.3, especially the Onda Vi40, but reading the threads here it seems like there are loads of compatibility pitfalls. The spec for the Onda Vi40 is:

Looks like at definitely has USB host support, which I appreciate is vital. Has anyone got experience of DSLR controller running OK on this tablet or on one of its clones? If not is there a similar tablet which is known to work out of the box?
Thanks in advance for your help for someone who is more of a photographer than an Android wiz!
