Phone not getting updated neither getting connected to kies.

Hello

I tried to update using software update in phone, It stucks at 85% and time at 00:00:00.

I tried to connect it to kies, it says "this device is not recognized by kies 2.0"
Please help asap.

Any other method or fixes?

Download Firmware from samsungupdates.com and flash via Odin that's best method bot kies and Mobile updater fails at certain point...
