[Q] CyanogenMod 7 Test - video player question

Does anyone have a video player that's working on this build that'll play .avi files? I keep getting a message "The file cannot be played with the System Player" when I use RockPlayer.

Other video players don't even list the file...

Try MoboPlayer, it has played avi files for me in the past.

didn't want to start a new thread so just figured id add to this one lol, but is the MMS in CM7 going to be fixed any time soon? or is it something complicated and kind of unlikely?

From what I understand, it's pretty complicated to fix, so jt was leaving it for last.

dfgas had a test build with fixed mms on irc. its irc.freenode.net 6667 or 7000 for ssl #samsung-mesmerize

you might have to wait a while for someone to answer.if you are upgrading just flash it over the old mesmerizemtd from jt that waa version 5 with a patch for deep sleep fixes...

dfgas has the new miui with fixed mms too on rootzwiki..they can be found searching on taPatalk our they now have an app on market...have fun flashing and don't wipe data on an upgrade...
