Thinking about upgrading but what about my modified email apk

I'm thinking about upgrading to the latest, just got my email. The only question I have is, I use a modified email apk for exchange. Does anyone know if I'll be able to reinstall it or have they changed the apk?

    Modified how? You can't use Mail from Sense 4, Android 4.1.2 on Sense 5, Android 4.3. But there may be a compatible already modified Mail app you can use.
