I need help please, verizon sent my update for lg g2 from 422 to 442. But my phone rebooted to my team win recovery and now I dont know what to do. When I try to reboot it just goes back to the recovery screen. Any ideas?

Total brick well the G2 is booting to the bootloader is almost impossible, so relax and be patient... Google would have quickly given you the answer, http://bit.ly/1jMMKqw.

If that doesn't work, your best bet is probably to do a complete factory restore from the TOT images here: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2448960

Like @mjones73 said, you need stock recovery to take an OTA... NEVER take an OTA if you have custom recovery installed, it will softbrick your device (the state you are in now).

On another note, why flash a custom recovery if you are on a stock ROM? There isn't really much of a benefit to it in that case if your not flashing a custom ROM, unless you are doing nandroids, and if you did one just restore it and you should be good to go.

Here is the fix

type this in terminal command in recovery

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota
