You didn't say which modem you were on, but here are all three four radios released at this point. There should be a new one soon for the KitKat update.

I317MVLALJ2 - 4.1.1 initial release
I317MVLBMA3 - 4.1.2 BMA3 update
I317MVLUCMK5 - 4.3 CMK5 update
I317MVLUDNF1 - 4.4.2 DNF1 update

Quick questions: when you say flaky, do you mean it loses signal for ~10-30 seconds then reconnects as if nothing happened? Which bootloader are you on?

Thanks for the response. I'm still on 4.1.2 Bootloader. Places I used to get signal, I no longer do. Can't even make calls in those locales. Think this has to do with the recent update from Telus I think. I've flashed the new Skynote Air Note3 and the modem is 1317MVLUCMK5.
