To be faster than all the weird questions that might pop up ....

Are you on stock rom, is your cid listed in the OP, do you have the stock recovery flashed on your device ?

Match that and update via official ota......easiest way !

no , i got this update for my hox , it's ota update only works with stock-recovery ... my question is :

What enhancements and bug fixes ? beside "Security fix for heartbleed bug"

I think no enhancements, only Security fix for heartbleed bug. This is only one change in this update.

i got the notification to download that update but wen installing phone gets stuck on quietly brilliant lol irony.
can any one help me to instal or discard permenantly the update.

New icon?

Hello,
After installing update 4.18.401.4,a new icon appeared on my HOX's system bar.I haven't seen it before so I think it could came with update.Any one knows what it represents?

Turn off NFC and its gone.

pllease someone help me, i got a problem:
i do this update i try to flash repacked xm kernel.Problem is when flash back stock boot.img from this update my hox can find radio signal..
enyone thanks in a front

You need the matching stock modules too ! A kernel exist on 2 things.....

1: the boot.img
2: the modules

So now you are missing either 1

Restore your stock rom + boot.img than you have the matching modules + boot.img.
