Hi missbender.
judging by your screenshot you are safe and can flash the stock ROM from sam-mobile, or via samsung kies.
1-Do a soft reset and connect your note 3 to kies on your PC, it should do a firmware recovery.
2-If no joy reply to this post with the network your note is on etc i will send you the link and instructions to do it manually.
