I recently flashed CM7.2 on my fascinate and it works beautifully. last night i flashed the ics theme zip file. my question is how do i get back to the "regular themes". do i just delete the ics zip file? i did backup in cwm before

Just wipe cache and dalvik, then reflash your rom. No need to wipe data. Then it will be back to normal with no data loss.
Why run an ics themed cm7 when we have stable ics roms available (cm9, aokp, teamhacksung, gummy, etc.)?
