This is CM 11 Built from CM's source. This is unmodified from source. I noticed some of the features exclusive to the OPO are missing from the source built version. I think the source built version is more AOSP-ish than 11s that ships with the OPO. I will be doing weekly builds

I had to do a wipe coming from 11s so even if you are coming from CM 11s you MUST wipe. Not sure why, but it wouldn't boot until I wiped

Instructions:
Boot into recovery
Do a wipe/factory reset
flash CM 11
Flash gapps
reboot

Yeah it's running great so far, no issues on my side, I'm only running minimal gapps as well the less bloat the better!
