[Q] front camera stopped working on kitkat

Try with a factory reset.After updating my lg g pad (officially V50020B) to android 4.4.2 the front camera stopped working. Android can't recognize it
what should I do?
Download a camera program that uses the front camera for some reason. See if it is a hardware or software issue.
