I have always wanted to change icons of touchwiz without installing other launchers that i don't like so when i saw this app and it worked with me i was very happy and wanted to share it with you

Description
WizIconizer is a Free Android app to change Samsung TouchWiz UI icons using Icon Packs used in Nova, Apex, Action, Go like Launchers.

I 'm using ported touchwiz homescreen from tab 4 by jazzespresso
if u liked the app , share your homescreens edited with it here .. and don't forget to hit thanks button if you didn't know this app before

May I ask you what is your icon package name, it's look good, I want to try.
And I see your screenshort what is Walkman, is it Sony music player app, how can I get it?

I 'm using belle ul icon pack

ported from my xperia zr by me and they work perfectly on any samsung device i tried
the latest virsion of walkman with folders addition and latest trackid

I'm using Project HERA icon pack.
My screenshort is too big.
I don' have any app to resize it.
I will show you later.

This app changes icons only in TouchWiz launcher? Useless app. Try Unicon Xposed module - it changes icons on all system.
