My Samsung Note I717 will sync but will not charge. I have already replaced the charging port and it is current on updates but is still doing the same thing. I am having to charge the batteries with a battery charger and swap them out. The phone has had previous water damage but had a water corrosion treatment done and had a lot of the parts inside replaced. Please someone help me figure out what could be wrong.
