Samfirmware just tweeted about it, and Darky's website has their ROM on the beta release forums. Hopefully the stock one gets released after the dude behind samfirmware gets done with his meal.

These packages have the new bootloader removed and repacked with the old ones so you can safely reset the binary counter with a Jig.
If you've already flashed a full package from elsewhere and cannot reset your binary counter using the Jig just flash this package in the PDA or Bootloader (Yes both will work) section of Odin to replace the bootloaders and then you can reset the counter:http://www.multiupload.com/LQQBRQVJUD

Just to point out, I not looking for credit or put any restrictions on the files just don't try to make out like it's your work. I only ask that you link back to the XDA-Developers forum as the source for the files.4I'm uploading the full wipe version with the OXAKI3 CSC with old bootloader and the Frankenstein XEU non-wipe version also with old bootloader. I have packaged the old bootloader with the tarball because it seems like some people just don't understand how things work and are throwing a hissy fit that there isn't any bootloader in the package despite the fact that I made them available in a separate tarball.
