Network connection i9300

Hi there,
I have got a problem with my i9300. I updated from 4.1.2 to 4.3 and now I have no network connection on my phone.
It shows me "Data is not registered" when I want to call to somebody.
The weird thing is that I didn't lose my IMEI - it didn't change.

I flashed a tons of ROMs (officials) , 4.0.4, 4.1.2, 4.3 Nothing helped me.

What can I do? Please help me.

There was an answer "Read another post" and there people have got a problem with lost IMEI, but I DIDN'T LOSE MY IMEI .
And I wasn't downgrading, I updated my phone.

You have failed and the three items are first to be checked Modem APN settings CSC .
