can you link me to Muiu I wanna test it with the kernel to see if it's a phone issue or strictly my phone issue :)

also any ETA on BETA3? I'd be so happy if I could get Rc1 or Beta3 working on AOKP since I have no idea what MUIU is like

No ETA, he hasent even answered my PM's so he is busy. Here is my MIUI thread, think you will love it, no app drawer, almost fully customizable:D

What is everyone running for governor and scheduler? I'm using on demand with SIO. This is what I got so far today.

Hey Ktoonsez,
have you changed anything in the OP download packages since you first posted 3.0.1b1nomswap?

just wondering If I shoulld bother downloading and re-flashing

I'm still on stock UCPLC5 all is well except for the known mem usage issue didnt know if maybe you had tweaked it since your still waiting on the newer source.

and thanks for your reply to my busybox inquiry I Pm'd you with this morning its nice to have guy's like you that will give a strait answer when asked in our forum you gotta learn somehow right

Thanks again man You Rock!

TEXAS Ya'al!
Here a tip to try....

If you have random freezes, try setting min to 200 Mhz.

I had multiple freezes on latest CM9 and 4.9 AOKP, ran kernel cleaner script, no under volting, then changed my minimum clock speed from 100 to 200, now all is golden!! 3.0.1b1 running quite well!!

Thank you K for a kick ass kernel!!

Thanks man, unfortunately it would be like finding a needle in a hay stak searching thru 36,000 files so I need his commit notes from github to get those fixes in. Just talked to Gokhan 2 minutes ago and we got something worked out for the dual-boot:D. We are going to add our home keycode and also the Volume Down key, so that is a plus. He is really back up right now with cleaning up the code so we might not see an update for a few days. He doesnt want to push to github till it is cleaned up.

That is a good point, I just assumed everyone was the same as mine which is 200 min but obviously something can set the minimum to 100 which is probably what is happening to at least some of the people getting randome reboots.

This is awesome how did you create this? P

You must be new to the internet... Welcome! :D

It's called let me google that for you.
The initials are lmgtfy
The website is http://www.lmgtfy.com

Ktoonsez, thank you for the awesome kernel. Running smooth over here on 3.0. Waiting for .1 to come out of beta. No issues other than the occasional lockup. It's been so infrequent that I can't isolate when it happens. I'll check my phone after a couple of hours and it may or may not be SODed.

Full credit of course goes to Gokhanmoral. Go thank him for creating this great fully customizable kernel RIGHT NOW!!!:D

This kernel is built from Gokhanmoral's Sources
with some tweeks to make everything run smoothly on our I777's:D

Click "Thanks" if you like what you see or donate with my link.

    Download v4.3.3 - ICS
    WITH mic swap
    http://www.mediafire.com/?cuoltoop7nr3se9

    Dual-Boot instructions and Notes
If you want to have another ROM as secondary ROM, follow these steps:
1.Make a nandroid backup of your existing ROM
2.wipe everything and install the other ROM
3.Boot the ROM and make customizations. Don’t forget to reflash SiyahKernel if the ROM flashes another kernel.
4.Use CWM Touch Recovery to clone your rom as secondary rom.
    5.Restore nandroid backup
6.To boot from the secondary ROM, either press the HOME key or the VOLUME DOWN key when prompted.

    Some notes about dualbooting:
■If you do not make any cloning you won’t be prompted to boot the second ROM.
■you may need to reflash this kernel after a nandroid restore if your nandroid backup is created with another kernel.
■you won’t be able to use mass storage mode for /sdcard in second rom because we have our data and cache partitions on /sdcard. only external sdcard will be mounted if you are using mass_storage mode. mtp should work fine for sdcard.
■once again, you won’t be able to flash any CWM flashable zip to second ROM.
