Anyone noticing apps disappearing from the home screen. I first experienced this yesterday where the Mail icon disappeared. I thought I inadvertently removed it. I placed it back onto the home screen. But just now, I tried to grab an app from the market and noticed that Market is gone from the home screen as well as under "All apps". Am I losing my mind?
Just noticed this earlier. My "Play Store" of whatever the f*ck its called now, disappeared from my home screen. I just placed it back where it belongs

Thats pretty steep. Have you tried to see what is locking it on?
Sd card that came with phone or an older one? This has happened to me in the past when my sd card was failing. If you don't already, make sure you are backing that thing up. I hope this is not the case for you though. Try copying contents onto computer, format sd card (fat32) and copy things back on.

Media scanner won't let my phone sleep. 70% battery used in 3 hours. XDA app won't let me post a screenshot right now. I don't have time to do much looking tonight but I've read that may be an inherent ICS issue. Oh boy

Thats very interesting Media Scanner.... Hmmmm....
I think its called better battery stats. The dev is here on XDA somewhere. Its a pretty good program that shows you what is running and sucking down battery.

Extended or standard?
Edit - Enjoy tinkering with that Official HTC Sensation ICS update
Since This build my phone gets extremely hot, fast too.
130+ deg F using stock 3.7 battery. Took the update too.
Also the drain is more than the charger/Computer will put out. I have to set it at CMDA only, wifi off, screen very low, sync off, just to get a posative charge. From 100% down to 25% in 3 hours
with the phone in my pocket then 5 seconds later down to 15%
Even had VZW replace battery, same issues.
Here's the weird thing, RRU'd back to stock and getting same results.
I've never got more than 8 hours with mild use on any rom with this phone. But the heat, massive drain, didnt start til ICS 4.0.3 rom.
Bad Phone? Something with ICS? Getting replacement tomorrow so we will see.
Should I flash new phone to ICS? Any ideas?
