PC Companion Problem

Anyone knows this problem?

I tried reinstalling PC Companion again and drivers again, and I am using windows 8.1.
Can you try this:
- Unistall Sony Pc Companion
- Restart your pc
- Download Sony Pc Companion
- Or Sony Update Service
- Restart your pc again
This method worked fine in my case
NB: SUS & SPC are two differnt programs
