Anyone has any idea how to root this latest phone QMobile NOIR A2 Classic?
It seems that old tricks for QMobile NOIR A2 (it's a different model) don't work with this model.

Which recovery are you getting?? confirm it is cwm recovery ( it is blue) or any other?? If it is cwm then use this method which does not require mtk droid tool
Put the zip file I attached. In sd card (dont put in any folder)
In recovery mode select "update from sd card" (to navigate in recovery mode ,press vol + to go up, vol - to go down and power key to enter) and select the zip file once it is complete reboot your phone by selecting "reboot system now" it will be rooted inshallah

@bilalz400 there is one thing more if I loss my mob os through firmware upgrade and able to install cwm then u could provide me your pre-rooted rom backup in tar format that can be flashed through cwm hows that :thumbup::eek::eek:

Sent from my A2_Classic using Tapatalk 2
If you get cwm in your phone then there is no problem restoring your os
If you really really want to root your phone you can take god name and load all files and select firmware upgrade if you cant turn on your phone after flashing you can flash each file individually it will help also
    good luck on that
